Scheduled for implementation starting July 1, 2024, the token merger will temporarily consolidate SingularityNET's AGIX and Ocean Protocol's OCEAN tokens into Fetch.ai's FET, before transitioning to the ASI ticker symbol at a later date. This update enables an efficient execution of the token merger, and outlines the timelines and crucial steps for token holders, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Schedule and Token Merger Steps: Phase I Overview
Project name and logos are updated to Artificial Superintelligence Alliance: The project undergoes rebranding to Artificial Superintelligence across major platforms including exchanges, CoinMarketCap (CMC), CoinGecko (CG), and others.
AGIX and OCEAN temporarily merge into FET token: Tokens of SingularityNET (AGIX) and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) are merged into Fetch.ai (FET) under the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance banner.
FET markets remain open under FET ticker: Trading of the newly named Artificial Superintelligence Alliance continues as usual in all markets, under the FET ticker with no interruption.

Project name and logos are updated to Artificial Superintelligence Alliance.
Deposits and withdrawals for AGIX and Ocean begin to close across exchanges in preparation for the migration process.
Deposits, withdrawals, and trading for FET will continue as usual.
Migration platform for AGIX and OCEAN to FET open on the SingularityDAO dApp, allowing holders to convert their tokens to FET.
AGIX and OCEAN tokens begin to be delisted from exchanges.
Spot and perpetual trading continues uninterrupted under the FET ticker.

FET network upgrades to ASI network: Fetch.ai (FET) network undergoes upgrades to transition into the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) network.
Migration contracts from AGIX/OCEAN to FET depleted and deprecated: Existing migration contracts allowing conversion from AGIX and OCEAN to FET are no longer supported.
Migration contracts from FET, AGIX, OCEAN to ASI open: New migration contracts are introduced, enabling token holders to migrate their holdings from FET, AGIX, and OCEAN to the ASI token.
EVM and other bridges open: Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and other interoperability bridges are activated, facilitating seamless ASI token transfers between different blockchain networks.
Exchanges begin to migrate spot markets from FET to ASI.
